Pappy’s is formulated to absorb fast and deliver targeted relief helping with many common ailments including; Back muscles, Shoulder and Neck pain, Calf cramps, Foot pain, Nighttime leg cramps, Knee pain relief, Minor pains and strains, Inflammation, Arthritis and maintaining healthy and moisturized skin.

► Use PAPPY’S before exercise to warm up muscles, joints and tendons.

► Use PAPPY’S after exercise to increase circulation, help reduce bruising/swelling, and aid in body recovery.

► Use PAPPY’S for general aches and pains or injuries.

Moderate usage helps maintain your health and the effectiveness of Pappy’s Pain Relief Salve. Depending on the severity of your issue we say to use Pappy's up to 3 times a day for no more than 10 days.

Your skin is is a vital organ forming a protective barrier against pathogens and injuries from the environment. We all have different skin compositions affecting the permeability of the creams, lotions and salves we apply to our bodies.

To maximize the benefits of Pappy's we suggest either gently washing the area before application, applying after a warm shower/bath, or by massaging the affected area. 

We always say start by applying  a kitty nose size of the salve to the treatment area and rub liberally. Of course sometimes your situation may call for more of an application. If more than two Kitty nose's are required then moderate usage as you see fit. Just keep in mind that the menthol within Pappy's is very effective and powerful so cautious application is always the best route.

Pappy's Pain Relief Salve has a long shelf life up to 18 months and it also full of natural antibacterial and antifungal ingredients.  Store your Pappy’s in its original container, in a location with steady temperature preferably between 50°F (10°C) and 75°F(23.8°C). Maintain longer potency by storing in your refrigerator when not using for a while.

Our goal is to create a topical pain relief salve that acts fast and penetrates deep. One good thing about Pappy's is the multi-phased approach.

Upon application you will feel the sensation of the Menthol Crystals. Menthol produces a cooling effect by blocking the calcium current along the nerves responsible for detecting temperature. Menthol also has pain-relieving properties when applied topically. 

We specially formulate the ratio of menthol crystals in order to facilitate the medicinal benefits of the Chinese herbs and Essential oils. The menthol enlarges the blood vessels in a process known as vasodilation. This allows the medicines to penetrate deep in to the affected area. 

Our slogan at Pappy's is Feels Good. Feeling Good Again. The Feel's Good is the first wave of Menthol performing it's magic. The Feeling Good Again phase arrives later as the Chinese herbs and Essential oils have a chance to penetrate deep and offer healing properties. The result is less inflammation, reduced bruising, scaring and pain and enhanced tendon healing.

► Even though the sweet smell of Mango butter may be tempting we do not recommend eating Pappy's Pain Relief Salve. Pappy's is intended for external use only. 

► A second very important thing to keep in mind is that Pappy's is not to be used on open wounds. It will burn in an unpleasant way, trust us. 

► We also caution against exposure to sun immediately after applying Pappy's. We recommend waiting a minimum of 30 minutes.  

► Moderate usage helps maintain your health and the effectiveness of Pappy’s Pain Relief Salve. Persistent use is not encouraged. Use up to 3 times a day for 10 days.

► The alchemists of Pappy's Pain Relief Salve are not responsible for the misuse, abuse, or use of this product outside of recommended applications. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The safety of this product has not been determined. This product is neither meant to diagnose nor treat any disease. Do not use if you are pregnant. Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds. Wash hands with soap and water after use. PAPPY’S is not recommended for children or animals. Allergic reactions may occur if one is allergic to any of the constituents in this product. If one is allergic to aspirin, do not use this product as the Wintergreen contains methyl salicylate. If you notice any abnormal skin reaction to Pappy's Pain Relief Salve, discontinue use until reaction subsides. If adverse reactions occur consult your doctor. Consult your doctor if you are taking other medications.

All items are shipped from our location in Denver, Colorado. We ship Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We will do our very best to process your orders within 1-2 business days, with the goal of having it in your hands approximately 4-5 days after that (shipping times can vary based upon location, holidays, or other shipping service delays).
